Your English and Math placement determines which math and English class you are eligible 为.

• For all other students, your placement is determined by your high school courses and 成绩. All you need to do is check and understand your placement!

How to Check Your 放置

• 登录 to LancerPoint to check your placement (LancerPoint --> hamburger menu --> Discover --> find "View 放置 Results" card --> View 放置 Results) 1-2 days after you receive your PCC/Lancer ID# via email.  放置s are loaded overnight.  
• If you do not see your placements in LancerPoint after 1-2 days, you may use your unofficial high school transcript to request 为 placement through our online prerequisite clearance 为m.

How to Complete Directed Self-放置 within Online 取向

1. 去 Online 取向 (http://orientation.mzjd.net) and log in with your LancerPoint Username and Password.
2. Complete each section. When you get to the section "放置 and 咨询," at the bottom of the page, find "Your 放置 Results." Here you can take a short survey 为 both Math and English to help place you 在 appropriate level of Math, ESL 或英语.
3. 点击“保存 & 继续."

Have you already completed Online 取向?

1. 去 Online 取向 (http://orientation.mzjd.net) and log in with your LancerPoint Username and Password.
2. After logging in, you should arrive at your Dashboard listing all sections of the 取向. Click on "放置 and 咨询."
3. Scroll toward the bottom to the section titled "Your 放置 Results.“你现在可以。 view your placement results as well as complete Directed Self-放置.
